Any woman 18 years or older, regardless of race, religion, or ethnic background, who can prove lineal descent from a Patriot of the American Revolution is eligible for membership in the DAR. She must provide documentation for each statement of birth, marriage, and death, as well as of the Revolutionary War service of her Patriot ancestor.
If you are interested in becoming a member, please fill out the contact form. We will be happy to answer any questions and assist you throughout the application process.
We generally meet the third Saturday of the month, September through June in Chagrin Falls. We have refreshments followed by a program. Afterwards, we have our chapter meeting.
